Delivery Policy:
Shipping & delivery costs will be calculated based on your purchase and the delivery location.
- All general items on our website will be handed over to shipping/delivery fulfilment to a shipping/postal agency within 1-2 days.
- Products that need special, additional services or third-party involvement will take an additional 2-3 days.
- If you reside in the greater Male' region, your product will be delivered in under a week.
- If you reside in other parts of Maldives, you will receive the delivery in 10-20 days. Usually sooner.
- International orders might take 20-40 days.
Delivery Confirmation:
We assume that the address provided at the checkout is correct; we will never go for further confirmation. Therefore, double-check the shipping address before confirming the order.
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 12 hours with a valid reason.
Any order cancelled after this time frame cannot be refunded.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision using the cancellation button on the order description page. You must inform us of your decision using a clear statement.
Product Confirmation:
Upon receiving the goods, please verify whether the item is in good condition. If the product is damaged or not as described, you can request a new item within 24 hours.
Take photos and videos of the received item to show its condition, and then submit a ticket using the "reporting faulty delivery" button on the product page.
Digital Products:
We do not allow refunds for digitally delivered products.
We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee on online courses purchased from us. If you are unhappy with our product, you can request a refund within that time frame by using the "request refund" button on the product page. However, no refund will be provided after that time frame.
